Tiffany Park is an upscale subdivision located on the southeast portion of Bryan, Texas located between FM 158 (Boonville Road) and FM 60 (University Drive) just minutes from Highway 6.

The neighborhood enjoys nearby amenities such as walking trails, and Tiffany Park, a City of Bryan park equipped with tennis courts, baseball fields, pavilion, fountain, play gym, and a basketball court.

Bowen Elementary School, a blue ribbon school, is adjacent to the park and within walking distance to all homes in the area. Sidewalks line Copperfield Drive from FM 158 to FM 60 providing great walking and running opportunities.

On February 26, 2013 the Bryan City Council approved a request to change the zoning classification of the Tiffany Park Subdivision, Phases 1-15, to a Residential-Neighborhood Conservation District (R-NC).  The R-NC District is a residential zoning classification that allows only two (2) individuals that are not related to each other (by blood, marriage or adoption) to occupy a single-family dwelling.

After living in Tiffany Park for three years, we have grown to love the neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly and look out for one another plus the convenience to the restaurants, grocery and hardware stores are a huge plus. This would be an area we would recommend.

Tiffany Park is a great neighborhood where homeowners take pride in their homes and treat their neighbors like family. The park with the splash, basketball and tennis courts along with the nearby dog park are added bonuses that help us maintain above average property values. If you enjoy visiting and knowing your neighbors it is a great place to live!
